The biggest Manteca breakfast is back.

The Manteca Rotary Super Bowl Sunday Omelet-Pancake Breakfast is returning after being sidelined for two years by the pandemic.

It takes place Sunday, Feb. 12, from 7:30 a.m. to noon at the MRPS Hall, 133 N. Grant St., Manteca.

The $12.50 ticket covers a made-to-order omelet, pancakes as well as orange juice or coffee.

There is also a raffle and a no-host bar featuring mimosas.

The MRPS Hall will be decked out in the colors of the Kansas City Chiefs and Philadelphia Eagles.

Upwards of 1,000 omelets have been served in previous years.

It is the service club’s largest fundraiser of the year.

As such it allows the Manteca Rotary to conduct the annual free community Thanksgiving dinner as well as enable the club to bring the Santa Hut along with Santa to downtown.

Proceeds also help fund scholarships for local graduating seniors as well as support non-profits such as the Boys & Girls Club.
