New to Manteca or Lathrop and want help finding your way around either community?

Perhaps you’re a garage sale aficionado and might need some help tracking down addresses.

Or you might be a business with delivery drivers who need help with directions.

Whatever the need for finding your way around Manteca and Lathrop the Manteca Chamber of Commerce can help.

The chamber has taken delivery of new maps that depict and list the roads in both communities as well as key points such as parks, public and private schools, hospitals and government buildings.

The cost is $3 apiece.

A new feature this year is the ability for customers of map advertisers to download information about the firms plus locator maps on how to reach their businesses either via wireless phone service or the Internet.

The maps are available at the Manteca Chamber of Commerce office located at 821 W. Yosemite Avenue Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and is closed for lunch from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m.
