Deborah Hale of Manteca will be wheeling and dealing on TV Thursday, Oct 11.

That’s when she will be appearing as one of the contestants in the suspense-filled popular game show, Let’s Make a Deal, which will be shown locally on KOVR Channel 13 starting at 9 a.m.

Television viewers, however, will have to wait and watch the show whether Hale will trade it all in this game episode in which Let’s Make a Deal is teaming up with Publisher’s Clearing House to give away a special $20,000 deal.

Show producers, however, do not divulge whether Hale gets to take home the Big Deal of the Day due to a confidentiality agreement that contestants sign when they appear in the program.

Hale is appearing in the program episode that starts Let’s Make a Deal’s “new season of comedy, music, action and prizes.” Host of the one-hour game show is Emmy Award-winner Wayne Brady. The popular show also gives audience members, who come to the game show in outlandish costumes, a chance to win cash and prizes by making deals with the host.

Anyone interested in attending a free taping of Let’s Make a Deal at the Sunset Bronson Studios in Hollywood can get a ticket to the show by logging on to http://www.cbs.com/daytime/lets_make_a_deal/ or call the Let’s Make a Deal Audience Hotline at (888)5-DEAL-50. One out of every 19 audience members gets to be a show contestant, according to the producers.
