MOMS Club meets Friday at Northgate

The MOMS Club of Manteca North will be holding their once a month business meeting at Northgate Church on Friday, Dec. 18, at 10 a.m. on Northgate Drive in Manteca.

All mothers and their children are welcome to attend. The speaker will be  Dr. Tan from Alpine orthopedics. He will be talking about back pain.

Refreshments will also be provided.

Holiday story time
at library Wednesday

The Manteca Branch Library will present a Holiday Book Bonanza on Wednesday, Dec. 16, at 4 p.m. The library’s story time lady  will read stories plus there will be games and crafts for everyone to enjoy.  Come have a wonderful time for families with children of all ages to celebrate literacy.

Carols & Kisses
through Dec. 19

East Union High School Choir members are available to carol to your friends, family members and party gatherings.  Their annual Carols and Kisses fund raiser will be available through December 19.  

Prices start at $10 for two or three Christmas carols and a bag of Hershey Kisses.

Golden West band,
choir concert tonight

The elementary choirs from Golden West, Mossdale and Veritas Schools will be presenting “A Holiday to Remember” tonight, at 7 p.m. in the Golden West Community Gym directed by Mrs. Cindy Karim.  The Golden West band will be performing also under the direction of Wendell Dotson.

Stella Brockman
holiday concert

Stella Brockman’s holiday concert is tonight at 6:30 p.m. in the Stella Brockman gym.  It will include holiday selections played by the intermediate and advanced bands and 4-8 grade choirs.  The groups are directed by Terri Richichi and Betty James.
