The Manteca Convention and Visitors Bureau will be sponsoring a photo contest highlighting the heart of Manteca with cash prizes for three winners.  

The photo can include people, places, events, or landscape but the focus needs to be on Manteca.  It should show one of the many aspects (beauty, fun, etc…) that would entice someone to visit.  Extra points will be awarded photos that depict our logo tagline – Hook, Wine & Sneakers.

Three prizes will be awarded for best overall picture.  The first prize winner will receive $200.  The second prize winner will receive $100 and the third prize winner will receive $50.  Each applicant may submit multiple photos for consideration.

Photos should be submitted online via the website www.flickr.com.  Search for the group Manteca CVB Photo Contest 2009.   The Manteca CVB claims the right to any photo submitted to be used for promotional purposes.
