MODESTO – The Modesto Junior College Civic Engagement Project (CEP) invites the community to a screening of the documentary film “Chasing Ice” on Thursday, April 17, at 7 p.m. in Forum 110 on East Campus, 435 College Avenue.

 This is the final event of the CEP Spring Film and Lecture Series and admission is free.  Campus parking is available for $1 in student parking lots.

 “Chasing Ice” follows photographer James Balog as he visually documents the rapid melting of glaciers via time-lapse photographs taken by cameras installed in the harshest environments.

 A discussion will follow the showing of the film.
