Ripon emergency vehicle show on Saturday

The Ripon Police and Menlo Park Police 26th Annual Emergency Vehicle Show  is this  Saturday, Oct. 1.
It takes place from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Ripon Community Center, 334 W, Fourth St., Ripon.
Proceeds from this event will be donated to the Ripon Volunteers in Police Services, the Menlo Park Police Cadets Unit, the California Highway Patrol Historical Museum and the Concerns of Police Survivors.
The car show is open to any current or vintage police, fire, military, security or medical vehicles. A vendor/swap meet and food sales will be available.
Ripon Police suggest bringing the kids to see the “Code 3” parade where vintage emergency vehicles roll with lights and sirens down the streets of Ripon.
Admission to the event is free.
