Ripon High enrollment hits record 910 students

Enrollment at Ripon Unified School District continues to reach record marks.
In particular, Ripon High, where 910 students were counted for the third month of this school year or 20 more compared to that of a year ago.
Those numbers were gathered from Oct. 2 through Oct. 27, according to the enrollment report at the Dec. 11 school board meeting.
At the elementary school sites, Ripon Elementary (473) still leads the way with the most students, with Park View (468) following closely behind.
Colony Oak (428), Weston (420) and Ripona (412) rounded out the count for that third month of the 2017-18 school year.
Harvest High, RUSD’s continuation school, went from 21 in September to 28 students in October.
Independent Study, with 13 students, remained unchanged from the previous month, based on the latest report.
RUSD had a total enrollment of 3,156 students or 13 more from a year ago.
