Ripon man facing five charges of sex with minor

Daniel Adolph Toledo, 39, of Ripon was jailed Saturday on five felony counts of allegedly having sex with a minor female under the age of 18.
The arrest was made after an intensive six week investigation, according to Ripon Police Lt. Steve Merchant.  Detectives served search and arrest warrants at a residence in the 300 block of Trudy Court in Ripon.
His charges include, unlawful sexual intercourse with a minor, exhibiting harmful material to a minor, contacting a minor with the intent of sex, oral copulation with a person under 18, and sexual penetration with a foreign object.  Toledo was taken into custody without incident. He is being held in San Joaquin County Jail in lieu of a $2 million bail
Toledo is scheduled to appear in the Manteca Branch of the San Joaquin County Superior court today at 1:25 p.m.
