The San Joaquin County 4-H Domestic Exchange project is holding a Haunted House fund-raiser in Manteca over Halloween weekend.

It takes place Friday and Saturday (Oct. 28-29) from 6 to 11 p.m. as well as Sunday and Monday (Oct. 30-31) from 6 to 10 p.m. at 13616 S. Highway 99 East Frontage between Lathrop Road and French Camp Road.

The cost is $5 per person or $10 per family (same household) .

4-H Domestic Exchange is a countywide project for 4-H teens who wish to become national ambassadors for their county.  The youth work together over a two-year period to promote 4-H, and raise funds for travel.  The project culminates in the exchange of youth for one week over the summer.  Our San Joaquin County youth spent a week in Meade County, South Dakota, this past July and are now working hard to raise funds to host their South Dakota friends next summer.

The program is funded 100% by fund-raising efforts, and the youth work very hard to earn the funds to travel and provide a grand California experience for their guests.
