The City of Manteca has contracted with Michel’s Pipeline Services to install an internal liner in the Louise Avenue trunk sewer.

In order to complete the work, temporary bypass piping will be installed in a trench across Main Street. The number of traffic lanes will be reduced while the bypass pumping system is operating, which is expected to last from March 9 to March 19.

Be prepared for temporary delays and one-way traffic control at various times.
