SAN FRANCISCO (AP) — Authorities say a 2-year-old girl suffered minor injuries after an armed robber knocked over her stroller, snatched a tablet computer from her hands and stole a purse from the woman with her in San Francisco.

The San Francisco reports Tuesday that police are still looking for the robber who escaped in a car.

Officer Grace Gatpandan says a 37-year-old woman was pushing the toddler’s stroller along Cortland Avenue near Prospect Avenue Friday afternoon when a man jumped out of a car and knocked the stroller over, causing the child to hit her head on the pavement.

The man grabbed the woman’s purse, hit her on the arm with his handgun and then snatched the tablet computer from the toddler.

Police say the child was taken to the hospital with minor injuries.
