ANTIOCH (AP) — The parents of three autistic San Francisco Bay Area kindergarten students are suing a teacher who slapped, pinched and verbally abused their kids and picked the nose of one student and made him eat it. They filed a federal civil rights lawsuit in Contra Costa County Superior Court on Wednesday against the Antioch school district and Theresa Allen-Caulboy, a former autism instructor at Mno Grant Elementary School. According to the Contra Costa Times (http://bit.ly/ZBSRSt), the lawsuit accuses Allen-Caulboy, 55, of Brentwood, Calif., of backhand-slapping one of the kids several times, picking his nose and forcing him to eat it and driving her knee into his back while restraining him.
