FULLERTON (AP) — Fullerton police say they have arrested a 42-year-old man suspected of posing as a photographer to lure two teenage girls into taking sexy photos.

The Los Angeles Times reported Tuesday that Coopy Boyer was arrested after police were contacted by the girls’ parents.  Police say Boyer approached the girls last week, claiming he was a professional photographer who wanted to take their photos. He allegedly gave a false name.

Police say the girls gave Boyer their phone numbers and he followed up with dozens of text messages that became more suggestive about the types of photos he wanted to take.

Police also said Boyer was adamant about no parents being present when he photographed the girls and there was no need for a waiver to be signed.
