Soroptimist International of Manteca members are hosting their “Join Us” meet and greet event at Delicato’s Tuscan Room on Saturday Sept. 23, from to 3 pm.
All people interested in learning more about Soroptimist and what they do in the community are welcome to attend.

DREAM IT, BE IT: On Saturday, Sept. 30, Soroptimist International of Manteca is holding their second annual “Dream It Be It” program at the Manteca Boys and Girls Club.   The one-day program is designed for to motivate and empower young women to achieve their dreams.  Participations must be currently in grades seven and above.   Swag bags and lunch for participates is provided.  There is no fee but space is limited.

EDUCATIONAL GRANT AVAILABLE: Soroptimist International of Manteca is accepting applications for a $1000 grant.  Applicants should be women head of households with an economic need pursuing an educational goal, college or trade school.  Applications are available from Leslie at 209-470-3585, or Carol at 209-608-2003
