A report by the nonprofit foundation MapLight finds that contributions for the 11 ballot initiatives on California's November ballot have already topped $350 million, thanks in large part to a handful of ultra-wealthy individuals supporting specific causes. Here are the biggest initiative donors this year:

— Molly Munger, proponent of Proposition 38, which would raise taxes to pay for schools: $44.1 million

— Charles Munger Jr., proponent of Proposition 32 to limit union power and opponent of Proposition 30, Gov. Jerry Brown's proposed tax increase. Also funding the yes on Proposition 40: $36.5 million

— California Teachers Association, supporting Proposition 30 and opposing Proposition 32: $31.4 million

— Tom Steyer, proponent of Proposition 39, which would increase corporate taxes for some companies: $29 million

— Service Employees International Union, supporting Brown's Proposition 30 and opposing Proposition 32: $20.7 million

— George Joseph, supporting Proposition 33, which would give insurance companies more leeway to set rates: $16. 4 million

— Americans for Responsible Leadership, unnamed donors, opposing Proposition 30 and supporting Proposition 32: $11 million

— Monsanto Company, opposing Proposition 37, which would require labeling of genetically modified foods: $7.1 million

— Democratic State Central Committee of California, supporting Proposition 30 and opposing Proposition 32: $6.7 million

— California Labor Federation, supporting Proposition 30 and opposing Proposition 32: $6 million

— American Federation of Teachers, supporting Proposition 30 and opposing Proposition 32: $5.6 million

— American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees, supporting Proposition 30 and opposing Proposition 32: $5 million

— E.I. Dupont de Nemours & Co., opposing Proposition 37: $4.9 million
