Stockton Symphony Alliance marks symphonys 85th season

STOCKTON — The Stockton Symphony Alliance is recognizing the beginning of the Stockton Symphony’s 85th season by throwing a birthday party for the symphony and the community on Sunday, Sept. 11, at the Brookside Country Club in Stockton from 3 to 5 p.m.

Maestro Peter Jaffe, commencing his 17th season, will be the guest of honor.

The theme of the party is “Let’s Celebrate the Music.” Champagne and hors d’oeuvres will be served.

In keeping with the 85th year, the event is priced at $85 for a couple ($42.50 for one person). Reservations may be made by sending a check, made payable to the Stockton Symphony Alliance, to the Stockton Symphony Office at 1024 West Robinhood Drive, Suite 1, Stockton, CA 95207. All proceeds will benefit the Stockton Symphony’s education programs.
