The Friends of Manteca Parks & Recreation Foundation and the Manteca Parks & Recreation Department 7th Annual Swing for Youth Golf Tournament took place Friday at the Manteca Golf Course to assist the city in providing youth scholarship funds. The Parks & Recreation Department offer scholarships to families for youth ranging from 5 to 18 years of age. Classes available for scholarship assistance include: swim lessons, all youth sports, toddler art and exploration, toddler creative play, karate, judo, after school child care, youth art, dance, gymnastics and cheerleading classes just to name a few.
