RIPON — What better way to celebrate Valentine’s Day than with a friend who cares about you every day of the year: your Teddy Bear!

Bring your favorite “stuffed friend” with you for a fun-filled Valentine’s Day tea. You’ll learn more about tea-time manners, the story of Valentine’s Day and why our Teddy bears are so special! The program will include refreshments and a craft. Join in the fun on Thursday, Feb. 12, at 3:30 p.m. Seating is limited, so sign up in advance at the library. Younger children should be accompanied by a parent/caregiver. You’ll want to check out the wide variety of materials the library has for you and your children on the very topics included in this program. Book about manners, storybooks featuring Teddy bears and plenty of cook books with tea-time treats to make at home.

This free program is provided through the generosity of the Friends of the Ripon Memorial Library. The Ripon Branch Library is a part of the Stockton-San Joaquin County Public Library and is located at 333 W. Main St., Ripon
