HOMEWOOD – Lake Tahoe’s West Shore Café & Inn has unveiled three new summer lodging packages which offer visitors premier lakefront accommodations, delicious cuisine, and summer water activities for which Lake Tahoe is renowned.

 The West Shore Café & Inn, which reopened on Dec. 26, 2010, includes a casual yet elegant restaurant, with indoor and outdoor seating, an intimate six-room luxury inn with four two-room lake view suites and two mountain view guest rooms, and an outdoor bar and private pier that welcomes boaters during the summer months. Lakeside amenities include 28 private buoys and a boat valet.

The new summer lodging packages offer guests up to 40% in savings, and can be reserved at www.WestShoreCafe.com or by calling the West Shore Café & Inn at (530) 525-5200.

The Big Blue for Two package includes unlimited use of the West Shore Café & Inn’s kayaks, paddleboards, and bicycles; a two-hour sunset cruise on Lake Tahoe aboard the West Shore I, the property’s 40-foot luxury Chris Craft roamer, complete with cocktails and appetizers; a three-course dinner at the West Shore Café; and premier accommodations in one of the Inn’s six mountain- and lake-inspired guestrooms and suites that provide guests with luxurious comforts, authentic Tahoe hospitality, and conveniences such as a daily house baked continental breakfast and close proximity to nearby destinations. Big Blue for Two is offered Sunday through Thursday for a two-night minimum reservation and starts at $499 per night, based on double occupancy.

The Sip & Splash package offers guests unlimited use of paddleboards, kayaks, and bicycles; a three-course dinner at the West Shore Café; and lodging at the Inn. Sip & Splash is offered Sunday through Thursday for a three-night minimum reservation and starts at $309 per night, based on double occupancy.

The Stay & Play package welcomes guests to stay four consecutive nights and receive a complementary fifth night in one of the Inn’s mountain view or lake view guest rooms or suites. Stay & Play also includes unlimited use of paddleboards, kayaks, and bicycles. Stay & Play is offered Sunday through Thursday and starts at $299 per night, based on double occupancy.
