Willie Nelson kicks off season at Grand Theatre

TRACY – Willie Nelson & Family Live in Concert kicks off the sixth Presenting Season at the Grand Theatre Center for the Arts on Sept. 11-12.

The legendary country music singer-songwriter, as well as author, poet, actor, and activist, has become one of the most recognized artists in country music.  Tickets for this event and the entire 2012-13 season will go on sale to the public on Monday, Aug. 20, at 10 am.

The season will continue to feature the popular Classic Rock Concerts and Friday Night Jazz series. Also returning this year is Cinematic Treasures series and the highly demanded repeat of the “Rocky Horror” show. Added is an all-new Friday Night Coffeehouse series exploring other genres in an open mic setting. Throughout the season there will be added programming that will complement the Arts Education program and Galleries.
