Angel Campos, 70, entered into eternal rest surrounded by his loving family on Wednesday, March 6, 2013 in Lathrop. He was born on July 2, 1942 in Fort Stockton, Texas to the late Alfred and Paula Campos. In heaven, as well as his parents he joins siblings; Pete, Daniel and Felix Campos.

Angel leaves behind his loving wife of 52 years Gloria Campos, their children; Lisa Campos of Lathrop, Rose Campos (Juan) of Stockton and Paul Campos (Marcia) of Weston Ranch.

He was blessed with five grandchildren; Robert Breelove IV (Sonia) of Lathrop, Angel Marie Breelove of Stockton, Vincente Bustamante Jr. of Stockton, AnDrea Bustamante of Stockton and Felicia Campos of Tracy, step grandchildren, Peter Gomez, Angelica Gomez, Jacob Vasquez, Joshua Freas and Matthew and Laura Fasthorse. Angel adored his great grandbabies; Michael Vega Jr., Leah Rose Vega and Alannah Estrada. In addition Angel has six surviving siblings; Augustine Campos and wife Lizzie, Joe Campos and wife Concha, Henry Campos and wife Frances, Alfred Campos and wife Anna, Frankie Campos and wife Christina and Maggie Campos and husband D.J..

Owner and Operator of AC Appliance of Lathrop, Angel ran his business just like family. He held all his loyal clients close to his heart. Dedicated and hardworking, Angel always made sure that everything was taken care of. Angel was a jokester; you never knew what he had up his sleeve, but always with a cheerful laugh. He was a true San Francisco fan always cheering them to victory. He enjoyed camping and spending time with his family especially his many great grandchildren. They were the apple of his eye. His door was open to anyone and his heart of gold never went unnoticed. He was an excellent husband to wife Gloria whom he loved dearly, and an outstanding role model to his children and grandchildren. Angel was a faithful Catholic and was member of Our Lady of Guadalupe of Lathrop. He will be deeply missed by his family and his loving Lathrop Community.

P.L. Fry and Son Funeral Home is honored to serve the Campos family. Visitation will be held on Monday, March 18, 2013 from 1:00 pm to 7:00 pm with a Rosary immediately following.
