“With heavy and broken hearts we sadly announce the passing of Anthony (Tony) Neca along with his loving wife Janet Pope Neca together on October 18, 2017.
   Leaving behind their family, daughter Rheannon, her husband Curtis and granddaughter Brooklyn Leigh. Janet’s father Arlin Keathley, sister Debbie, husband Don, sister Annette, husband William, and brother Thomas, David Neca and grandson Tyler Neca.
   A celebration of life will be held at Cherokee Memorial, 14165 North Beckman Road, Lodi, CA 95340 on November 18, 2017,
