Barbara was born November 17, 1947 in Valley City, North Dakota. She moved to California in 1964.

She was a loving family woman who enjoyed family get togethers and holidays. She enjoyed cooking and going to Jackson Casino with her best friend Linda, and spending time with her grandchildren.

She is survived by her children, Jodie Tinkovics and son-in-law Raymond, Jamie Nino and son Jeff Nino; her mother, June Olson; sisters Karen Roberts, Carol Nestorek, and brother David Compson, all from Manteca; eight grandchildren and one great grand-child.

Services will be Thursday, August 18, 2:00 p.m. at Sequoia Heights Baptist Church, 1050 S. Union Rd., Manteca.
Arrangements are being handled by Parkview Funeral Home.
