Beatrice “Bea” Louise Markle

Beatrice “Bea” Louise Markle, 83, entered into rest April 24, 2019 in Manteca. She was born December 5, 1935 to the late Oroville and Lucille Storey. She joins her loving husband Ferdenan William “Bill” Markle
   She leaves behind her children, Debora Ackerson (Charles) of Escalon, William Markle (Twylia) of Manteca, Jeffery Markle (Beverly) of Kentucky and John Markle (Penny) of NC. She was blessed with numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. In addition she leaves her brother Richard Storey of Concord.
   Beatrice was a Manteca resident. In her early years she traveled with her husband and young family while her husband was in the Marines. They would finally settle in Manteca, where she would raise her family. She was a member of the Sunshine Club, Volunteer at the Senior Center, member of the Women’s Auxiliary American Legion Post# 249, and a lifelong member at South Side Christian Church, where she was loved by all the church members. Beatrice looked forward to her bingo nights and loved hearing “B 1” as she would always reply, “NOT YET!”. She was full of love and never met a stranger. Bea loved her family unconditionally and her grandchildren and great grandchildren, where the apple of her eye.
Bea will be remembered as loving mother, grandmother, great-grand mother and friend she will be deeply missed.
   P.L. Fry is honored to serve the Markle family.  Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 30, 2019 from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at P.L. Fry and Son Funeral Home, 290 North Union Road, Manteca, CA. A celebration of life will be held in her honor on Wednesday, May 1, 2019 at 11:30 a.m.  at P.L. Fry and Son Funeral Home, 290 North Union Road, Manteca, CA. She will be laid to rest at Farmington Memorial Cemetery, 5255 S. Escalon Bellota Rd., Farmington, CA. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Legion #249 Foundation, 220 E. Yosemite Ave., Manteca, CA 95336 OR The Margaret Ann Rey Scholarship Fund, 314 Locust Ave., Manteca, CA 95337 .
