Betty Jean Wolfe, 91, entered into rest on January 13, 2018 in Manteca. She was born October 24, 1926 in Morris, Illinois. Betty joins her husband in heaven, Ray Wolfe as well as her parents, John and Nellie Morris.
   She leaves behind her son Bruce and wife Caroline of Manteca, her grandchildren, Bret Wolfe and wife Becky of Manteca, Robert Wolfe and wife Monica, David Silveira and wife Stacie and Deanna Miller and husband Chris.
   Betty was a Manteca resident for over 50 years. She made her home in California in 1968 with her husband Ray.  She retired as a book keeper and secretary for Ramsey Seed Co. Betty loved her family dearly. In her down time she enjoyed watching and playing golf, camping and playing cards. Betty loved to cook wonderful meals for her family.  Betty loved the California sun often asking “Does the sun always shine this bright”, shining bright. She will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend. She will be deeply missed.

A celebration of life will be held in her honor on Saturday, January 27, 2018 from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the residence of Bruce and Caroline Wolfe.
