   Beverly Ann Steves, age 76, entered into rest on May 19, 2015 in Manteca.  She was born on February 2, 1939 in Arizona.  She was preceded in death by her husband, the late Frank P. Steves.
   She is survived by her children, Jeff Steves (Margaret) of Oakdale, Karen Ott (Frank) of Manteca, and Brett Steves (Yvette) of Oakdale.  Beverly was blessed with six grandchildren, Steven Ott (Debra), Erika Steves, Taylor Steves, John Ott, Taylor Steves, Alexandra Steves and Austin Steves;  and her godchildren, Brian Summers, Thomas Steves and Kristi Pratt Davis.  Beverly also leaves behind her siblings, Sue Cardoza, Dale Summers (Patty), and Dan Summers (Marta).
   Beverly was a lifetime resident of Manteca. While attending Manteca High School, Beverly excelled in choir and was Manteca High School Senior Class President.  Beverly worked as a secretary at Central Valley Bank in Manteca prior to her birth of her first child. In 1957 she married Frank Steves Jr. and became a devoted wife and mother of her three children.
   Beverly was a member of St. Anthony’s Catholic Church and for over 20 years sang in the choir.  She was also a member of the Stockton Chorale musical group.  Her love of cooking led her to become a 4-H cooking leader.  She was an active member of PTA throughout her children’s education.
   Her love for music was present throughout her lifetime and included singing at weddings, funerals and many special occasions.  Beverly’s greatest joy in life was her family, children and grandchildren.  Her devotion to her family was recognized by all that knew and loved her.
   PL Fry & Son Funeral Home is honored to be serving the Steves family.  A visitation is scheduled for Tuesday, May 26, 2015 from 4pm to 6pm at PL Fry & Son Funeral Home, 290 N. Union Road, Manteca.  A Rosary/Mass will be held on Wednesday, May 27, 2015 at 11:00am at St. Anthony’s Catholic Church, 505 E. North Street, Manteca.  Interment at St. John’s Catholic Cemetery will be private.  In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made to the Arthritis Foundation, 3040 Explorer Dr. #1, Sacramento, CA 95827 or the Alzheimer’s Association, 530 Bercut Drive #A, Sacramento, CA 95811.
