Billie Chastain Finney. 90, entered into rest on September 5, 2018 in Manteca. She was born in Memphis, TN to the late Fred and Lena Chastain. In heaven Billie joins her husband of 52 years Don. 

   Billie leaves behind her daughters, Donna Ryan, Tia Pachuilo (John) and Anita Ann Finney all of Manteca. She was blessed with six grandchildren, Tamera Melrose, Jenifer Dovichi, Tara Nielsen, Tiffany Guzman, Donald Quipp and Scott Holland. 

   Originally from Memphis, TN. Billie married the love of her life and would become a military wife and travel the world with her husband and young family.  After her husband retired from Sharp Army Depo they continued to make their home in Manteca. 

   Billie loved her television shows and loved to sew.  She will be remembered as a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She will be deeply missed.

   P.L. Fry is honored to serve the Finney family. A chapel service will be held in her honor on Monday, September 17, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. at P.L. Fry and Son Funeral Home, 290 North Union Road, Manteca. She will be laid to rest at East Union Cemetery, 1035 N.
