Billy Jean McKinney was born  on March 28, 1927 in Oklahoma to parents Audie Lee and Amy Satterfield. She entered into rest at her home in Lathrop, California on Feb. 18, 2011.

 Billy lived in Lathrop for the last 38 years. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Paul Mckinney. They were married for 48 wonderful years. Also preceding Billy in death were her two sons, Ricky Lee McKinney and  Darrell Wayne McKinney

She attended Oktaha High School in Oktaha, Oklahoma. Billy was an assistant manager  for T.G. & Y retail store for 25 years. The passion of her life was her family she loved spending time with her grandkids and great-grandkids.

Surviving Betty are her daughter, Theresa (Joe) Beeler, son Anthony McKinney, sister, Jackie (Jim) Brewer, brothers, Audie Lee (Alice) Satterfield and Sonny Satterfield. nine grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren

 A memorial service will be held for Billie Friday, Feb. 25, 2011 at 11 a.m. at Park View Funeral Home. Billie will be placed in East Union Cemetery in Manteca.
