Brenda Gayle Preyer, 61, entered into rest on March 15, 2015. She was born February 2, 1954 in Fairfield CA. Brenda is survived by her husband of 41 years John, her son Johnny and his wife Antoinette, son Michael and his wife Audea. Also her father Frank and six siblings; Marsha, Jeffrey, Wanda, Frank, Harold and Omar Whiten. In addition Brenda is survived by her 6 grandchildren whom she adored.
Brenda was a resident of Manteca since 1996. She was dedicated to her nursing profession of 41 years receiving her Master’s degree in 2011 at Grand Canyon University. A Registered Nurse for 26 years and recently retired from St Joseph’s Medical Center in Stockton working in the NICU. Brenda was a very dedicated Jehovah’s Witness in the Manteca East congregation. She had a loving, giving heart and was always doing what she could to help friends, family and her community.  She had a beautiful collection of Barbie dolls as she was most proud of her black Barbie’s. She loved to dance and could dance to any type of music; she had an infectious laugh and loved her family unconditionally. Brenda will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend, she will be deeply missed.
A memorial service will be held at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witness located on 7960 S Ponderosa St., French Camp, CA 95231 on Friday, March 27, 2015 at 2:30 p.m .
