Catherine V. Palisi, 88, entered into rest on April 26, 2014 in Manteca. She was born an only child to Antonino & Giovanna Palisi on August 19, 1925 in Italy.

Catherine grew up in Italy where she was proud of her Italian heritage. She lived a simple life; she enjoyed analyzing the stock market and taking walks through her almond orchard which she farmed for most of her life.
