Concha G. Jee, 83, entered into rest on November 30, 2010 in Sacramento, California. She was born on November 15, 1927 in Tijuana, Mexico.  She joins her parents in heaven, Gee and Yit an Kee.

Mrs. Jee is survived by her husband of 63 years Wan Jee. She has 6 children; Jonathan W. Jee and wife Sophie of Elk Grove, Joana Jee of Manteca, Jordan Jee and wife Cheryl of Sacramento, Jacqueline L. Lee and husband James G. of Washington, Jerrold Jee of Elk Grove, and James Jee and wife Sharon of Sacramento. She was blessed by 8 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. In addition Concha has 3 surviving siblings; Ninfa Jue, Eva Wong and Alex Gee Kee.

Concha owned and operated Jee’s Juvenile Shop of Manteca from 1960 to 1992. She was an extremely hard-working woman who was tri-lingual in English, Chinese and Spanish. She was a seamstress who loved to make her own dresses and was very talented in anything she set her mind to. She was a simple woman who loved car rides, who never complained, who was always gentle, and continually kind and non-judgmental. She had the patience of an angel with a soft-spoken loving heart. She will be remembered as a devoted wife, loving mother and very special grandmother. She will be deeply missed.

Mrs. Jee’s services are being handled by P.L. Fry & Son Funeral Home of Manteca. A visitation will be held on Friday, Dec. 3, 2010 from 1 to 5 p.m. held at P.L. Fry & Son Funeral Home 290 N. Union Rd. Manteca. A Prayer service will be held on Saturday, Dec. 4, 2010 at 10 a.m. also held at P.L. Fry & Son Funeral Home. A graveside servicewill follow at East Union Cemetery 1035 N. Union Rd. In lieu of flowers contributions can be sent to Northgate Community Church 650 Northgate Drive Manteca, Ca. 95336.
