Connie McCormick went home to be with the Lord on October 21st, 2011 at the Alexander Cohen Hospice House in Hughson surrounded by her family.  Connie was a teacher at Sequoia School in Manteca and a member of Prescott Evangelical Free Church in Modesto.

Connie had such a strong faith and positive look on life.  Her smile was contagious to everyone she touched.  Connie leaves behind many family members and friends. She is preceded in death by her husband James McCormick. 

A memorial will be held Thursday, Oct. 27, 2011 at 5:00 pm at Prescott
Evangelical Free Church located at 3000 Prescott Road, Modesto CA.
