David “Mike” Bothelio,
54, entered into rest on December 4, 2016 in Manteca, CA.  He was born on September 9, 1962 in Tracy, CA.

Mike had worked in construction and has been a lifelong resident of Manteca.  He was a man with a wonderful sense of humor who loved many and lived his life to the fullest.  With a Pepsi in one hand and a joke ready to share, Mike was always full of life and laughter. He loved the outdoors, fishing, 4-wheeling, BBQs, and the view of the ocean. Mike also enjoyed a trip to the local Casino, hoping to hit the “Big One.” He enjoyed weekly trips to the local fruit stands socializing with all the local growers where he was affectionately known as “Fruit Stand Dan.” He was a huge boxing fan and a 49er faithful. He was an amazing bowler where he was proud of achieving a few perfect scores of 300. Mike was an unselfish man always full of compliments.  He was a true gentle man who always put his family first. His teddy bear personality made him a baby magnet when it came time to cuddle and give out bear hugs. Mike will be remembered for his deep devotion of family, his generous spirit and passionate love for others. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
