A much loved son and brother, David Peters, 58, of Manteca, California passed away suddenly at his home on December 7, 2018.  David was born in Los Angeles, California and resided in Manteca since 1973 where he attended Manteca High School.

   David was a hard working, dedicated truck driver 35 plus years, who took great pride in his career with multiple safety and driving awards until his retirement from the Teamsters Union.

   David is survived by his sister Vicki Sachse, brother Charlie Peters and wife Jayne of Nevada, brother Brad Peters and brother-in-law Bob Sachse all from Manteca, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.  David was preceded in death by his father, Charles Peters, mother Martha Peters and sister Elizabeth (Jean) Austin.

   Rest in peace our brother, we love you, and miss you very much.

   A family graveside inurnment interment service will be held at Park View Cemetery, in the coming weeks arrangements will be   made.
