Debbie Browning, 59, entered into rest on April 10, 2014 in Manteca. She was born on February 12, 1955 in Idaho Falls, Idaho. She joins her sister in heaven; Barbara Taylor.
Debbie is survived by her husband of 36 years, Donald Browning. She has two children, Melinda and Anthony Browning. She was blessed with one grandson Tejas Browning. She is also survived by her parents, Richard D Taylor and Jerralyn Ann Clark as well as her siblings, brothers; Frank, Clyde, Ron, Dale, Scott, and Steve Taylor and sisters Linda Waters and Sandy Terry.
Debbie grew up in Idaho Falls, Idaho and was a resident of Manteca, California for the past 36 years. She retired after 10 years as an administrator for the Lawrence Livermore Lab. Following her retirement, Debbie found her true calling in life as a Charity Organizer and Volunteer. For the past 12 years she has led many successful events with multiple charities. Some of her most instrumental organizations were Manteca-CVB, Chamber of Commerce, Delta Blood Bank, Agape Villages, St. Anthony’s Catholic Church and Relay for Life.
Debbie had a love for people as she was always willing to lend a helping hand regardless of the situation. Her “above and beyond” personality never went unnoticed; as she continually gave 110% to everything she set forth in doing. Debbie enjoyed nature; she was at perfect peace when visiting Monterey Bay, hiking, camping or gardening. She was an incredible cook and loved serving others. She loved the beauty of birds, especially the lightness and grace of the hummingbird.
Among all of Debbie’s attributes, her family was most important; she loved them unconditionally. She will be remembered for her dynamic “can do” personality, and for her full heart that she constantly poured out to others. She will be missed deeply.
P.L. Fry & Son is honored to be serving the Browning family. A memorial mass will be held on Tuesday, April 15, 2014 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Anthony’s Catholic Church 505 E. North St. Manteca.
