She was always the first to volunteer as room mother, team mom, Brownie leader and Sunday school teacher. Denise enjoyed “planning.” She loved special events as her forte was designing flower arrangements, making wedding cakes and putting decorations together. She always looked forward to the newest planned adventure in traveling. She enjoyed trips to Reno, Pismo Beach, Hawaii, Yosemite and Disneyland. Wherever Denise was she always made time for shopping. She never missed a “Super Sale” or an opportunity to visit a craft fair. Among all of her enjoyments her true love was her daughter and grandchildren. She was always overwhelmed with the love and the blessings that they gave her. Denise will be remembered as a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and friend.
