Beloved mother Dolores Chavez died May 30, in her daughter arms surrounded by her children at the age of 69, in their Lathrop home. 
   Dolores was born on March 23, 1945 in Arizona and moved to California as a child. 
   Dolores is survived by her loving husband of 40 years Frank B Chavez Jr, her five children Abel Garcia, Troy Garcia, Ernie Garcia, Michelle Chavez and Frankie Chavez, and her two brothers Louie and Manuel Cruz. She was blessed with 23 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren.  Her hobbies included knitting, drinking Pepsi and listening to her music. She will be deeply missed.
   Her services will be held at Park View Funeral Home 3661 E. French Camp Rd, Manteca, CA on Wednesday, June 4th from 5-8 pm.  The mass will be held on Thursday, June 5th at 10 a.m. at Our Lady of Guadalupe 16200 Cambridge Rd, Lathrop, CA.  The burial to follow at Park View Cemetery.
