Don Davis 45, passed away on November 20, 2014 in Volcano, Hawaii. He was born in Escalon, CA, grew up and attended Etna High School in Northern California. He married the love of his life Kristi, May 4, 1996 and they lived in Alaska and Hawaii.
   He is survived by his loving wife, Kristi Pratt Davis and his two adored daughters, Denali and Kiana, his father Jim (Corrie), and his brother Darrin (Nicole) as well as several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his mother Joyce.
   Don will be remembered as a loving father, wonderful husband, genuine friend and legendary storyteller. During the 20 years he lived in Alaska he was an avid outdoorsman. His favorite pastimes in Hawaii included working on his land, trips to the beach, snorkelling  and building rock walls. Spending time with his family was Don’s greatest joy!
   A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, December 21st from 11 am – 3 pm at Ripon Grange Hall, located at 827 Ripona Ave. in Ripon.
   In lieu of flowers a college savings account has been set up for his two daughters at American Savings. Denali Davis account #3100882014 and Kiana Davis account #3100482016.
