Donald passed away Saturday, August 4, 2012 in Manteca, CA at the age of 80, born in Huntington Park, CA to Charles C and Pearl E. (Mayers) McGonegal.  Raised in Sunol, CA. and resided in the Tri-Valley area for most of his life, with 17 years in Ft. Worth TX and 31/2 years in Manteca, CA.

Donald was preceded in death by his parents, older brother Caron and second wife Myrtle Jo.

   He is survived by his children, Pearl (Ralph) Smith, Nancy (David) Rowley, son Charles McGonegal and first wife Lois McGonegal, five grand children, eight great grandchildren and three great-great grand children. Donald

served in the US Army in Korea.
