Donna Ruth Harp, 77, entered into rest surrounded by her family on April 27, 2019 in Manteca. She was born on December 5, 1941 in Stockton, California to the late Durwood Tidwell and Hilda Payne. In heaven Donna joins her husband Robert Deane Harp.
She leaves behind her children, Julia Coburn (Chuck) of NV, Vicki Rhoten (Eric) of AZ, Leslie Agostini (Jim) of Manteca and Robbie Harp of Manteca. She was blessed with eight grandchildren, Rachel Black, Ryan Rhoten, Andraya Harp, Amanda Agostini, Derrick Harp, Chace Agostini, Nicole Coburn, Chad Agostini and six great grandchildren, Eric Peterson, Gwen Rhoten, Sofia Peterson, Laylah Zamora, Jax Black and Xander Black.
Donna was a Manteca resident. She graduated from Manteca High School class of 1959. During high school she was a cheerleader and was nominated homecoming queen. She married Robert in 1965 and raised their family in Manteca. She was a stay at home mom and enjoyed spending time with her family. In her down time she would crochet, quilt and play bingo. She kept her garden immaculate and was blessed with a green thumb. Most of all Donna loved her family. She looked forward to visits from her grandchildren and found joy in the simple pleasures in life. She will be remembered for her feisty spirit and for being an amazing mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She will be deeply missed.
