Dorothy Elaine Romero was born to Anthony and Aldina Gomes in French Camp, California on January 3, 1942. She passed away on September 9, 2025 

   Dorothy grew up on S. Austin Road in Ripon, California. She attended San Joaquin and Ripon elementary schools. Graduating from Ripon High School in 1959. 

   Dorothy worked her magic as a beautician for over 50 years at various shops in Salida, Modesto, and Stockton. As well as, Hair Madness, Sadie's and Angles in Manteca.

   She is survived by her son; Robert Romero and two grandchildren. She is proceeded in death by her husband, Donald Romero siblings, Evelyn Sarmento, Marie Ameral, Anthony Gomes Jr, and Jane Franzia

   Friends are invited to attend to a Celebration of her Life on Sunday, September 21, at the VFW post in Ripon. Animal print attire is encouraged.
