Dorothy Louise McGee, 88, of Manteca passed away Monday, March 19, at Doctors Hospital in Manteca. She was born in San Francisco and lived in Manteca since 1959.

Dorothy was married to James George McGee for 64 years, a 21 year veteran of the U.S. Navy. She was a secretary at East Union High School for several years.

Dorothy is proceeded in death by her husband James George McGee, daughter Jerilynn Costa and son William Bruce McGee. She is survived by her children; Sandra Jane McMurtrey of Louisiana and James Gary McGee of Manteca. Grandchildren; William Costa, Lawrence Costa II, Jason Brown, Jimmy McGee, Jamie McGee and Debbie McGee. She also has seven great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.

A small service will be held at Park View Cemetery Mausoleum, 3661 E. French Camp Rd., Manteca, on Monday, April 16, at 3 p.m.
