Dorothy Mae Olvera, resident of Manteca, Ca, was born on Nov. 28, 1940 in Hayward, CA, and departed this life on March 1, 2011. She was 70 years old.
Dorothy was the loving wife of Ronald Olvera. She is survived by mother Elizabeth Silva, two loving sons, Thomas Anthony and Robert Stacy Olvera, Many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
Dorothy is preceded in death by father Anthony Silva, brother Bob Silva, sister Judith Reinke, and son James Aaron Freeman.
Her favorite pastimes included playing bingo, casino road trips, and weekly Wednesday grocery shopping with her grand daughter Jessica McMullen and looked forward to summer visits from her grandson Tristan Freeman. She also loved to watch NASCAR.
At Dorothy’s request no service will be held. There will be a memorial held on Saturday, March 5, at 2 p.m. It will be held at 1830 E. Yosemite Ave Manteca, Ca.
