Dorthy “Sissy” Grossi, 79, passed away August 26, 2015 Wednesday afternoon. Born March 14, 1936 in Caney,
Oklahoma, she was the daughter of late the Albert and Re(White) Simpson.
   Dorthy worked hard all her life whether it would be wife, mother, friend, a job, gardening, and even housework, Dorthy
took pride in everything she did. She was a beautiful person and her friends would call her Sweetheart.
   Dorthy is survived by her husband John Grossi of 48 years, who Dorthy always called “Sweetie” and John always would say he married an Angel. She is also survived by brothers
Ronnie and Monroe Simpson, son Dan Ballard, daughter Carolyn Peters.
   She also leaves behind grandchildren Sondra Berchtold, Annette Hoffman, Elizabeth Peters, Dana Hodge and Donald Ballard.  Great grand children Alisya Hoffman, Madison Hoffman,
Wyatt, Berchtold, Aiden Berchtold, Alison Berchtold, Paige Berchtold, Carson Hodge and Audrey Hodge.
  Dorthy joins Terry Peters (son), aunt Glenda, Louise and aunt Joanie in Heaven. I can hear the laughter now, whenever the sisters got together they were always laughing, her sisters nick
named her Sissy.
