Hannah Elizabeth (Lee) Milhous Thomas peacefully passed away from this life at the age of 80 on Sunday March 15, 2009 in Lodi. Lee was born Nov. 20, 1928 to Ezra and Lima Milhous in Brawley, CA.  Lee graduated from Strathmore Union High School and Fullerton Junior College.  Lee was the youngest child of Ezra and Lima and was preceded in death by both parents and all siblings: Robert, Charles, Phillip, Oliver, Jane, Alice, William, Jessie, and Calvin.

Lee first married Truman Reeves on Oct. 24, 1947 in Lindsay, CA, and they were blessed with three children, Dr. Debra  Reeves-Gutierrez (Rick)of Galt, Larry Reeves (Susan) of Lyman, WY, and LeAnne Reeves-Couture (Steve) of Stockton.

She later married Lloyd Everett Thomas on Nov. 22, 1976 in Zephyr Cove, NV, blending the following children , Chuck Thomas (Eileen) of Elk Grove, Cherri  Schmidt (Mark) of Lyon, IL, Albert Thomas of Lodi,  Edward Thomas of Stockton and Daniel Thomas (Jessie)of Malaysia.

Lee and Lloyd made their home in Groveland,  where they owned a restaurant for several years and enjoyed the company of many friends. Lee also established and operated a homemade pie business and for many years was affectionately known as “The Pie Lady.”

Lee was a loving wife, mother and grandmother who will be missed by all.

In addition to her husband and children, Lee is survived by 18 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.

The memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. on Monday, March 23, 2009 at Parkview Cemetery, Manteca.
