Ernest Anthony Lansford was called home to be with the Lord on August 8th.  The “Big Dog” was born on June 8, 1954, and was 60 years old when he succumbed to esophageal cancer.  He was surrounded by family at the time of his passing.  He grew up in San Jose and graduated from Wilcox High School.  He was a Manteca resident from 1989 to 2002.  In Manteca, he was a little league coach, as well as a member of the Masons. 
   His children Amy, Danny, and Kelli, along with the entire Lansford family, would like to invite all who are available, to attend a service for Ernie, on August 17, at 11a.m., at Lima Family Santa Clara, 466 N. Winchester Blvd., Santa Clara, CA. Reception to follow.
