Evangeline Dumlao, 43, entered into rest August 12, 2012 in Lathrop. She was born March 27, 1969 in the Philippines. She is survived by her daughters who she adored Ailene and Kristine Dumlao as well as many other relatives in the Philippines and Lathrop area. She worked for Johnson Controls in Livermore for 8 years. She was a member of the Church of Christ in Manteca. She was a wonderful mother always doting over her beautiful daughters.
