Frances Loureiro, 88, entered into rest on Monday, October 24 in Ripon, California. She was born on March 4th, 1923 in Redwood City, California. She is preceded in death by her siblings; Edna Steves, Lawrence Fagundes and Lucille Underwood and her great grandchild Xavier Rose.

Frances leaves behind her husband of 66 years Melvin “Mike” Loureiro, her children; Mel Loureiro Jr. of Woodbridge and Georgiann Rose of Manteca. She was blessed with five grandchildren; David Rose Jr. and wife Kristie, Brandi Nussbaumer and husband Scott, Bryan Rose, Michael Loureiro and wife Stephanie and Kevin Rose and wife Nathalie. She has seven great grandchildren; Chandler Rose, David Rose III, Peyton Rose, Braden Nussbaumer, Kaelynn Loureiro, Sophia Nussbaumer and Dennen Loureiro.

Frances was a homemaker. She was an active member of St. Anthony’s Catholic Church and the M.R.P.S. Hall of Manteca. She enjoyed being with her family and friends. Frances enjoyed music and doing artwork. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Arrangements for Mrs. Loureiro are under the direction of P.L. Fry & Son Funeral Home of Manteca. Visitation will be Thursday, October 27 from 4-7pm followed by a Rosary at 7pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be on Friday, October 28th at St. Anthony’s Catholic Church, 505 East North St. at 10:30am. She will be laid to rest at St. John’s Catholic Cemetery, 17871 Carrolton Rd.
