Fransica Orellana, 52, entered into rest on Friday, August 28, 2009 in Modesto. She was born on Sept. 17, 1956 in Mexico. She was a resident of Ripon for over 20 years.

Fransica is survived by her beloved husband of 20 years Rene Orellana of Ripon; parents Pantalion and Paola Raygoza. Her children are Lucy Ramirez of Mexico, Suzana Ramirez of Ripon, Mirna Ramirez of Mexico, Pablo Ramirez of Mexico, Hector Ramirez of Manteca, and Marcos Ramirez of Ripon. She was blessed by 16 grandchildren; Sandy, Brian, Eddie, Leslie, Hector Jr., Gabriel, Manuel, Caleb, Mariah, Isbella, Maricruz, Alondra, Cesar, Jocelyn, Jetzia, and Azeneth.

Fransica was an employee of Park Greenhouse of Ripon for over 10 years. Fransica had an amazing personality, she loved singing, dancing and spoiling her grandbabies. She enjoyed traveling to the local casinos and going on road-trips with family and friends. She was very outspoken and outgoing with a loving and giving spirit. She was a mother-hen to all of her nieces and nephews and extended family members. She was a member of St. Patrick’s Catholic Church of Ripon where she adored all of her church family.

Mrs. Orellana’s services are being handled by P.L. Fry & Son Funeral Home of Manteca. Visitation will be held at P.L. Fry & Son Funeral Home 290 N. Union Rd. Manteca, on Thursday Sept. 3, 2009 at 1 to 4 p.m. followed by a Rosary at 4 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, Sept. 5, at 1 p.m. at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church 19399 Hwy 120 Ripon. Her final resting place will be at Ripon Cemetery, Ripon.
